Order Cancellation

  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you may still cancel it; however, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Please refer to our Return Policy for details on how to return an order.

Return Policy

We accept returns of products under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You may return products within 30 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

Refunds
